Let's Monkey Around.

We love this adorable and sassy, masculine Valentine's Day card from Design Team member Nadine Carlier.  Nadine used several stamps from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps to make this card. She stamped the monkey and words with Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and then colored the image with Copic markers.  

Nadine is a card maker and rubber stamper with a large collection of stamps. She found that Deflecto's 3-drawer organizers are a great way to store her red rubber stamps.

The 3-drawer organizers are available in large or small.

Nadine found that the smaller organizer with dividers in the drawers is handy when she's separating her stamps by themes.  Look at how many stamps she can fit into one organizer. The larger 3-drawer organizer is great for larger items and is perfect for storing 12" x 12" paper.

Organizing the Messy Desk Drawer

The start of the new year is a great time to organize your messy desk drawers. Stop Hunting and Start Organizing! Staying organized is key to any creative space. If you cannot find the item you need to use, it can make the creative process extremely hard where the organization is key!  

Design team member Erin Reed shows us how she transforms her messy desk drawer with a little help from the Deflecto Caddy Storage Tray.  The tray helps keep all the little bits and pieces from rolling all around the drawer. Designed to work with the Deflecto Caddy Organizing system, the tray nests securely inside the 


Large Caddy Container, it's also perfect for using inside a desk drawer.

Washi Tape Heart Card

Washi Tape Heart Card

If you're a fan of clean and simple cards, you're going to love how easy the Washi Tape Heart card is 
to make.

To make the Washi Tape Heart Card:

• Create the cut-out heart layer by cutting various sizes of hearts on a 4 3/4″ x 6 3/4″ piece of white cardstock. I used a Silhouette Cameo Electronic Die Cutting Machine. (You can also use punches or dies to create the hearts.)
• Center the cut-out heart layer onto a white 5″ x 7″ card and lightly traced the hearts with a pencil.
• Cover the heart outlines with several different strips of coordinating washi tape pieces.
• Use a tape runner to adhere to the cut-out heart layer onto the front of the card, aligning it with the washi tape.

If you love using Washi Tape, then you're going love the Deflecto small three-drawer organizer. Each of the three drawers is divided and is perfect for holding a lot of washi tape. The small three-drawer organizer is also great for holding small ink pads, paintbrushes, spools of thread and a whole lot more.

Sweet Treats Valentine Candy Bar

Hosting a Valentine's Day Party or Get Together?

Create a Sweet Treats Valentine Candy Bar for your guests to enjoy. Design team member Anita Scroggins used the Small 3 Drawer Organizer and lined it with mini cupcake holders to hold her treats.

The Small 3 Drawer Organizer is not only perfect for storage, but it also functions as a fun display piece. Anita decorated the top drawer with removable paper hearts. Once the party is over, you can easily convert it back to storage.

Wintertime Crafting

Holidays with all the parties and family gatherings bring a lot of opportunities for photos. By New Years Day you've got a fair amount of pictures. To get those photos off your phones/cameras and into albums, you need a plan.  

Design team member Lorrie McCullers is a scrapbooker and loves using her Deflecto Stackable Caddy Organizer to get her supplies in order. Lorrie says, "I'm not a winter person, so in winter I spend my time indoors working on my crafts at home and crops."  The Deflecto Stackable Caddy Organizer is perfect for both. You can put tons of tools and supplies in the containers, and you don't have to worry about anything falling out, thanks to the snap-tight lids. The caddies stack together and stay together with the lift and lock handles. You can have it sitting right beside you at the craft table, at home or pop them into the car and take them to the nearest crop.  

If you love to stamp and color and have a lot of markers, you can use the Interlocking Marker Organizer in place of one of the caddy containers to hold your markers. This organizer has rubber inserts that will hold different sized markers. Thick or thin, the markers all fit into the Interlocking Marker Organizer.

Lorrie's not kidding when she says she has all of her supplies in her stackable caddies. She fills her caddies with scissors, inkpads, adhesives, ink sprays, paper punches, and embellishments. Lorrie takes her caddies to every crop and never has to unpack the supplies when she gets home. It's ready to go wherever she wants to work.  

No need to hunt for supplies, they're all in the caddies!
